Developmental Coxa Vara

6 years old boy came with complaint of severe limp and inability to walk more than 30-40 metres & difficulty in sitting. X-ray showed Severe bilateral developmental coxa vara.

He underwent proximal femur corrective osteotomy and fixation (one side at a time)- in Dec 2021 & May 2022.

In this osteotomy, the angle of the femur bone near hip joint was corrected.
